What i do when i feel stressed ?
Every one passes through disappointed , frustrated and irritated moments.
when i feel stressed i usually go for a walk alone i ask my spouse about suitable time he can take care of my kids and then i go out i feel that i need some fresh air , free without kids then i breath deeply and enjoy for these 20 minutes of walking here’s some healthy benefits of walking daily
