Simple habit make a difference
In the morning , when i wake up with my kids i don’t feel well and when i set the alarm my kids wake up with me so i feel disappointed due to i want to take my “me time “or i want to make a task or i need to be alone for awhile,
So i decide when i wake up before kids i prepare fast breakfast for me and read a book specially about parenting , now i read “how to talk so little kids will listen “..
These days I become angry due to my son behavior and my reactions are almost wrong so i need something remind me to how to behave nicely and wisely .
i was thinking that scrolling down social media help me calm down , but no it didn’t . sometimes i feel i was the bad mom ever because i read something make me feel guilty.
When you’re in a bad mood far away from social media and mom accounts you’ll compare your self with them , So any account make you feel bad just unfollow , Plus forgive your self and read a book , listen to music and believe in your self that next time you will behave right and nice.
We are humans , Humans always make mistakes which are chances to learn from it . Trust yourself and take the responsibility to change faults to be better for yourself first and your family .
