When we hear the word “self care” we think automatic about our skin , bodies , shape , etc ..
All moms think we don’t have time to take care or “I am exhausted” so think about change your attitude and send this message to your brain ” i am the most important person in my life and i deserve the best.”
At the morning make breakfast for you don’t eat the leftover food , some times i feel lazy and i make breakfast for my family and forget my self and eat the left over but when i feel responsibility i make a healthy breakfast and the choose the best plate and the mug i love and decide to enjoy ..
Tips for easy and quick self care I’ve tried before
- Eat healthy and no problem if you eat cheat meals for long periods.
- Workout for 10 minutes daily and if you .can’t you can dance zumba with your kids.
- Apply a new mask on your skin .
- Listen to relaxing music before sleep .
- Go for a walk
- Unfollow pages /profiles that make you feel you’re not enough
- Declutter your closet
- Say no to one thing that make you feel stressed
- wakeup an one hour before kids
- Take a free online course
- put on moisturising face cream
- Wear gloves when you do dishes
- make some popcorn and watch a favorite movie/series
- Read 20 minutes
- Enjoy playing with your kids not as a chore
- Wear elegant clothes at home
