Mission impossible
Motherhood is a very hard job which has no weekends , no breaks , no holidays ..
Mom’s day is between take care of kids , home chores and work , so every single day we’re waiting the end of the day to take a rest and our little cupcakes take a rest too but some times “sleeping time “is a nightmare for us and our kids .
When my first kid was 3 years old he refuses to do sleeping routine and we’re make deal after deal to go to bed and some times he cries , when i focused about why he didn’t want to go to bed i found he has a little bit of energy he didn’t use it then i created a new routine started when he awakes up at the morning Here the steps
- Start the day with a healthy breakfast
- Play with lego / blocks
- Read a book
- When you cook ask him to help you
- Go for a walk together for 30 minutes
- Limit sugar in his meals
- Play physical games (the important step )
- Turn off lights and tell a story and put a kiss on the little head
That’s it the day i can’t play physically with my kids they get upset and they takes along time to fall asleep ..
Another important thing is go to bed early when they go to bed late they awake up late and their mood is not fine so you can go to bed at 7 pm to 8 pm and wake up at 7 am too the most of kids need 12 hours of sleep to grow healthy .
Try these steps and you’ll find time for yourself and enjoy the silence .
