Miscarriage between pain and gain
On October 2015 , I did pregnancy test and i realized that I am pregnant , i was so happy i was dying for this moment.
After 2 weeks i went to the doctor to do ultrasound and she was looking for baby heartbeat but it doesn’t exist , she asked me to wait 2 weeks so after 2 weeks the baby growth was stopped at 7 weeks i can’t understand the whole situation because this was my first pregnancy i was wondering ‘ will the baby continue to grow up or that’s over ‘ but my doctor told me that’s over , and she prescribed a medicine that cause miscarriage after i take it i start to bleed so i go to medical center and doctor decide to make (dilation and curettage) to remove any remaining tissue from the uterus.
What causes miscarriage ?
Miscarriage has many reasons the most popular is (problem with chromosomes ) plus problems with uterus and finally infections .
Miscarriage signs
Miscarriage have some signs You must to know
- Bleeding/ spotting
- Cramps which you feel with your period
For me i don’t feel any symptoms before i took the medicine that help me to get rid of tissue .
How i feel ?!
My heart was torn apart and i feel upset And ask my self “can i become pregnant again ” . I start searching about miscarriage and found it was common between moms , and i was believing that i will be pregnant with healthy baby in the future and that’s what happened , so miscarriage is not the the end of the world there is some tips that helped me to overcome my negative feelings ,
- Don’t blame your self .
- It’s ok to feel sad , fear from the future
- workout cardio 20 minutes daily
- Go out for walking
- I wrote a message to my angel baby “you can skip it if you can’t “
- Ask for help and support from your spouse ,family
- Eat healthy to help your body recover from miscarriage
- Wait at least 5 weeks to try again and to be ready physically and emotionally
- Enjoy your life because after you have a baby your life will change forever
- Do what makes you happy (read , work , self learning ..etc )
- Love your self and love your partner he was feeling sad too
- Unfollow pages/ accounts that make you feeling bad and remember your loss
What i learned from miscarriage ?
I know that miscarriage is not an easy experience but after miscarriage I’ve a lot information about pregnancy and mental health too I became more stronger than before and I found later that miscarriage is good for me .
