in the black hole
Sometimes I feel like I was swallowed by a black hole and I can’t help myself to get out of it.
Sometimes I push myself into it by feeding my brain with negative thoughts like
- I am a bad mom
- No one appreciates me
- I don’t like what I do
- I want to be free from my responsibility
- All effort I did with my kids is useless
All of us pass with these feelings and our brains sink in these fake thoughts.
These thoughts are the reason for stress and we weren’t taking a break for a long time so first, thank yourself for withstanding the past period and think about tiny things that release some Of these thoughts like talking to someone, writing it but don’t leaving what you write in front of you because if you read it again this has a negative impact, workout if you can.
I have tried two strategies
- I accept my feelings and excuse myself but with no plan to change what irritates me and when I motivate myself I can’t continue and rapidly lost my passion
- Accepted my feelings but on the way, I am doing my responsibilities and feeding my brain with positive thoughts like
- We are moms we make life
- You are doing the hardest job on the planet
- Enjoy with your kids
- Your kids are guests and they will leave soon so be kind to them
What I concluded is the second strategy is the best for me and has a positive impact on my actions.
Every day may have unpleasant surprises so practice your mind to relax and think carefully and act wisely.
The comfort zone is against working on your mental health so mute all voices that make you sink more and more into these negative feelings.
At the end of the day, we need some time to recharge our energy to continue our missions so ask yourself
“what I gain from this black hole?”
For me, I lost my concentration, be more nervous, be more sugar addictive, and want to be alone, this is unfair for my kids they need me, and when I concentrate I realize that I need my kids too and I ask them to help me, hug me and sometimes I offer them a picnic, going out to eat ice cream and guess what it works and I became happy so I decided to use this trick.
Bring your notebook and write ideas that may help you and when you feel this feeling open and try and you will reach your strategy
