Happy new year 2022
12 months have passed away, we were going through happiness, sadness, and tough moments and I wish 2022 a happy year and we will be more successful, calmer, and achieve our goals.
Every year I sit down and write my goals and dreams and at the end of the year I see this list and feel disappointed because most of the goals didn’t achieve, but when I calm down and let these feelings go I feel good, I am going my best and I know that my best is fluctuating from high and low.
I feel thankful for every bad moment that leads to teaching me something or turning my mind to a new idea.
I achieved small achievements I am proud of it, I take care of my kids and their health, we share lovely moments, we were reading new books, cook new recipes, try new things. My relationship between me and my kids is swung between bad and good and still working on it. This year I learn to appreciate every single happy moment, I appreciate it if someone offers to help me, I appreciate my health and I aim to take care of it and stay fit and healthy. I want to set a planned week by week to stay motivated, so practice gratitude to enhance your good feelings and feel thankful for every blessing you have. Talk to your kids about things they can say “thanks to God ” and let them do brainstorming. I always put big goals and it is not working for me so I will divide these goals into tiny goals so if you feel disappointed and compare yourself with others please stop. We are different, our temperaments are different, our circumstances, our responsibilities, everything that surrounds us has a strong effect on our thoughts and decisions.
At the last of the year be proud of yourself and your effort I am sure you were doing your best And still have more to give.
